There are not any instructions for this hose.
This hose is not easy to replace. Everything is in the way.
Your hose is #39 so you can see how it is connected.
1st pic shows where it connects to the metal pipe.
Twist the grey tabs to the side, it spreads the lock and twist pull the hose off of the metal pipe.
It will really be stuck on and not want to pull off. Twist lock, push in and pull off.
New hose, push on, it auto snaps in place. Put lube on the inner hose 0-ring then snap in place.
Any repair history.
There are lots of things to check, watch, replace.
2nd pic red circle, this hose will wear from the inside out, split open dumping the coolant.
Hose 12 and o-ring 26. 26 does not come with 12.
While you are there, replace t-stat assembly.
Inspect drive belt and pullies. Belt will get cracks when old.
If doing drive belt/pulley service, replace water pump also.

If the brake vacuum pump is leaking engine oil, there is a rebuild kit.
3rd pic, green square is vacuum pump. Also, belt pulley grease dried out, overheated,
melted plastic pulley part, belt shredded and made this mess. Had to do some repair on the wire harness.
If you have the RH top eng mount, last pics, they will wear out, go flat, causing engine vibration into car body. 2007-2008 did not have this mount, it was on the subframe. I do not remember what mount 2009 has. Ignition coils will melt internally, popping the fuse. Replace coils is unknown life.
