Melissa’s journey at CCI began as an Executive Assistant to the company’s founder and her mother, Susan Hurley. Her business education was complemented by her pursuit of a Master’s in Education. As she took on more responsibilities within the business, she discovered that her true career path was shaped not in the classroom, but through the mentorship of her mother and the relationships she built with the dedicated staff, who had become like family. In 2011, Melissa chose to continue her growth within CCI, eventually assuming her rightful place at the helm alongside her mother.
