Distributor F.W. Webb Promotes 2 as it Pursues Expansion

BEDFORD, Mass. — As it pursues an aggressive HVAC expansion strategy, F.W. Webb Co., a distributor of HVACR, plumbing, and liquid propane gas equipment and parts, has promoted two company leaders into director positions.

Pat Casey was appointed to the newly created role of director of business advancement for HVAC, while Warren Bean was named director of commercial HVAC sales.

“While expanding our manufacturer partnerships and market presence, we’ve recognized the need for skilled and experienced leaders to support and accelerate our HVAC initiatives,” said COO Bob Mucciarone in an F.W. Webb press release. “Patrick and Warren possess the leadership skills, industry knowledge, and work ethic necessary to support the needs of our customers in this vital sector. We anticipate tremendous growth potential as they contribute their extensive professional expertise in their new roles.”

Casey joined F.W. Webb in 2008 through the company’s Continuous Improvement Program, a management training experience that prepared him for multiple leadership positions. He will now oversee the strategic direction of Webb’s HVAC portfolio.

“At F.W. Webb, we prioritize delivering exceptional value to the trade professionals we serve, and I look forward to supporting this mission in my new role,” said Casey. “My experience has equipped me with the skills and perspective to elevate our HVAC division. By strengthening manufacturer partnerships, expanding training programs, and adapting to industry changes, I’m committed to growing our operations with the goal of providing the products, solutions, and service our customers need to thrive.”

Bean, who joined Webb in 2018, brings extensive experience as a contractor, business owner, and distributor representative to his new role. He will focus on raising the visibility of Webb’s commercial HVAC solutions within the industry, strengthening relationships with commercial contractors, and developing vendor partnerships.

“Having dedicated my career to the HVAC industry, I understand the challenges facing commercial contractors and eagerly await sharing solutions that deliver real results,” said Bean. “This is an exciting and transformational time in our field, and I intend to help our customers navigate the path forward with our top-quality products and full-service approach.”

The appointments come at a critical time for F.W. Webb, the press release said. In recent months, the company expanded its partnership with Rheem to include distribution of Rheem HVAC products, and also became the exclusive distributor of the GE Appliances residential HVAC portfolio in New England.

Additionally, for the third straight year, Samsung HVAC America recognized F.W. Webb’s HVAC classes with the manufacturer’s training excellence award.
